199.68 kWh rated energy
Eight 24.96 kWh liquid-cooled packs use NFPP 160Ah sodium-ion cells in a 1P416S system configuration.
One integrated platform for commercial energy management. Nexus TerraShield 200 brings together 199.68 kWh of NFPP sodium-ion battery energy, 200 kW of bidirectional power conversion, liquid cooling and intelligent site control in an IP54 outdoor cabinet.
Eight 24.96 kWh liquid-cooled packs use NFPP 160Ah sodium-ion cells in a 1P416S system configuration.
An integrated bidirectional PCS and DC/DC power stage supports grid-connected and off-grid operation. The battery charge/discharge rating is 0.8P.
A service-accessible cabinet brings together battery packs, power electronics, intelligent controls and layered protection.
Dispatch stored energy against site demand peaks to support commercial load management.
Store daytime solar production for later site consumption and improve the use of local generation.
Coordinate charging and discharging around time-of-use prices through the EMS.
Use the bidirectional power stage for configured backup and islanded-operation applications.
Coordinate battery, PV and load control with site-level operating strategies.
Manage active and reactive power across the specified power-factor range.
A 6 kW liquid-cooling system supports temperature control across the battery packs. The specified cabinet ambient range is −25°C to +55°C, with derating above +45°C.
Pack-level aerosol suppression works alongside cluster-level smoke and temperature detection, high-voltage protection and emergency-stop functions.
EMS and BMS coordinate the system. Ethernet and RS485 interfaces support Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU integration, with CAN for BMS communication.
